Skandinaver i toppen af FIWC-kvalifikation – interview med Zimme

EA har lige offentliggjort de øjeblikkelige stillinger på FIWC-leaderboards for FUT Champions – og her er der to fra Skandinavien med i den nuværende top.

Med EA’s lister over de bedste spillere for FUT Champions er der endelig kommet et blik på hvem der for alvor er de bedste på tværs af konsoller og regioner. I den europæiske region, der typisk er den stærkeste på tværs af kloden, er der da også klart flest sejre i top 3. På Xbox i Europa er det Tassal ‘Tass’ Rushan, der for nyligt er skiftet til Hashtag United, der er den stærkeste med 79 sejre over to weekender. Efter ham kommer ‘Thegrea7est N’ og Spencer ‘Gorilla’ Ealing med hver især 78 sejre. På PS4 er der i Europa samme fordeling – Ali Riza ‘II_Bruma_II’ Aygün fra EC Visualize har 79 sejre, mens de to svenske spillere Lukas ‘Lukasinho’ Gummesson og Simon ‘Zimme’ Nystedt lykkedes at få 78 sejre hver. Vi har fået et interview med Simon omkring hans utroligt flotte resultater, hvor vi startede med at spørge ham omkring han tror på sine chancer i denne måned. Efter hans ønske lægger vi svarene op på engelsk.

Et overblik over PS4’s stærkeste spillere indtil videre i november.

“I believe in my chance of qualifying this month thinking about my good start with 39 wins both weekends. Besides that, I have played really well lately – my streak is everything but bad!”

Zimme har på det seneste spillet godt, hvilket man også kunne se til Copenhagen Open. Også online har han været skarp, især med disse mange sejre. Også Lukasinho har været rigtig god, og derfor tillod vi os at spørge ham, hvem af de to der er bedst i øjeblikket.

“It’s hard to say who’s the best of the two of us, since we regularly match up pretty fairly against each other. We have played two matches against each other in FIFA 17 and won one each. It is very even, and it is a very hard question to answer at this moment in time. Later in the season we will probably get the answer to that question!”

For at kunne kvalificere sig til FIWC gennem FUT Champions, så er der nok lang vej forude for Simon og alle de andre håbefulde FIFA-spillere. Dog har Simon en klar plan for sin mulige kvalifikation.

“For me to be able to qualify to FIWC, it is very important that you win the matches, that are close in FUT Champions. I have played a ton of matches which have been very equal in skill levels and have succeded to win a lot of these matches, which is extremely important to get as many wins as possible.”

Til sidst spurgte vi Simon om han har mulighed for, hvis han skulle være så dygtig at kvalificere sig til FIWC, rent faktisk at præstere i turneringen, der må antages at have verdens højeste niveau.

“I think that I have the potential to compete in the bigger competitions as FIWC, so I think that I should do pretty well, if I actually qualify for FIWC. I think that I have got a really good start in FIFA 17, and I’ve learned the game very quickly as well this year. This is also why I think that I am able to go far in the major tournaments this year.”
